Enseña Perú

I am a 19-year-old student from Peru and a member of the Haverford College Class of 2030 in the United States, where I intend to major in Economics. I completed my secondary education at Innova Schools Santa Clara in Peru. I am deeply interested in the intersection of education, culture, economic development, and the role of creativity in driving social change.

I am the CEO and founder of Develop a Future, a Peruvian organization registered with the Ministry of Education of Peru that focuses on developing video games based on Peruvian literary works, with the goal of preserving and reimagining Peru’s intangible cultural heritage for new generations. Additionally, I was part of the staff at Enseña Perú and participated in both the short-term and long-term Enseña Perú programs, experiences that strengthened my commitment to educational equity and leadership development. In parallel, I have conducted research on the roots of economic inequity in Peru, analyzing how systemic design encourages these practices. This work was published in the Harvard International Review and earned a gold medal in an international academic competition. Through these experiences, I have developed leadership skills in research, team management, and mission-driven innovation. As part of the Student Leader Advisory Council, I hope to contribute a global perspective and help amplify youth voices to support more inclusive and impactful initiatives at Teach For All. I also have a strong passion for art, which continues to shape my approach to leadership, creativity, and social impact.
