Jorge is an Enseña Perú alumnus specializing in community management and projects in rural and marginalized urban areas, with extensive experience in multi-stakeholder collaboration and coordination with government bodies, the private sector, and civil society. He has worked with foundations, private companies, and Peru’s Ministries of Education and Culture. Additionally, he is a specialist in storytelling, social projects, and adaptive leadership. As CEO of Enseña Ecuador, Jorge is committed to strengthening the organization’s vision and motivated to help build bridges among all stakeholders within Ecuador’s educational and social ecosystem.
