Felix serves as the Spokesperson on Education for the Austrian Green Party in the Vienna Parliament, where he is actively involved in state education reform efforts. Leveraging his firsthand experience and commitment to advancing educational equity, Felix plays a key role in shaping education policy.

Felix is an alumnus of Teach For Austria and a member of Teach For All's inaugural Europe Alumni Leadership Fellowship cohort. After two years of teaching with Teach For Austria, Felix recognized the significant inequities in the Austrian education system and the pressing need for structural and policy reform, which inspired his run for office.
