Ana Camila Medina is the new CEO of Enseña por Colombia. Since childhood, she has been passionate about justice, belonging and diversity. Ana is an alumna of the first cohort of Enseña por Colombia. She has been an English teacher, a rural teacher, and a curriculum designer for the McKinsey Global Initiative. She also holds an Ed.M from Harvard University and has experience in the public sector as the Chief Officer for Curriculum in the Ministry of Education of Colombia. Ana is passionate about DEI work and has also worked as a consultant on this topic for the McKinsey Career Accelerator Program for Diverse Talent in Colombia and as part of the Global Equity Collective in the US. She was previously the Head of Training of Enseña por Colombia since 2018.
