Over the past 15 years, Teach For All's Europe region has grown to include 20 partner organizations, with over 15,000 alumni dedicated to shaping a brighter future for all children. The Europe Alumni Leadership Fellowship invites network alumni leaders from diverse sectors, countries, and contexts to connect and learn together. Through a blend of in-person and virtual experiences, alumni engage in activities—including visits to schools and organizations across Europe—exposure to renowned experts, and mentorship from experienced leaders in education. Now in its second year, the fellowship is designed to accelerate personal and collective leadership, inspire transformation, and foster authentic cross-border connections.
