
Clara Batalim-Orcel
Clara worked in the airline business for British Airways beginning in 1992, having worked as an Airport Manager until 1999 when she moved to Head Office. She held several roles at BA, including Safety and Security Manager for Heathrow Airport. In 2005 she joined the British Airways Transition Team, working in the move to Terminal 5 as a Senior Manager, Resources and Planning responsible for 50+ project managers that reviewed and re-wrote all British Airways procedures and identified efficiencies with the move to a single terminal building. During her years at British Airways Clara was involved in creating and delivering training and will bring this skill and expertise to Teach For All.
To further her studies in Technical Design, in 2009 Clara left British Airways to pursue an Interior Design career and after graduating she set up her Interior Design business, E11even Interior Design.
A keen philanthropist, Clara has been closely involved with The Bridge Academy, Hackney, supporting disadvantaged students to achieve excellence as well as Place2Be in the UK.
