Redefining the purpose of education to develop students holistically
Teach For All works with thought leaders in education to explore what it will take to reshape education to develop students holistically so they can shape a better future for themselves and all of us.
With other civil society organizations and bodies like UNESCO and the OECD Education and Skills Directorate, we’re sharing our network learning so we can strengthen education together.
Through the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future, Teach For All is co-stewarding the Reshaping Education Steering Group (RESG). The RESG emerged from the 2025 Global Forum in Singapore, anchored around a shared guiding question: What will it take to equip students to shape a better future? This question continues to be explored at convenings around the world.
Convening the Global Education Ecosystem at Education House
Teach For All is a co-founder of Education House, which brings together diverse actors to accelerate progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Education House is a collaborative hub enabling stakeholders to consider how we need to reshape education in order to meet our larger aspirations for sustainable development and inclusive growth.

Working to shift the international development paradigm through investing in people first
Teach For All is helping to catalyze the People First Community, a cross-sectoral and globally diverse group of practitioners, academics, and public and private sector actors with a shared belief in the importance of prioritizing investing in collective leadership development as a path for sustainable development.

Strengthening education systems through government and multilateral partnerships
Teach For All partners with like-minded public and private sector partners working in education and across sectors to transform the systems that hold children back and to ensure that all children are able to fulfill their potential.
- Novice Educator Support and Training (NEST): Launched in February 2021, the NEST project explores the question of what an effective programme for novice teachers and their mentors should look like. The main goal is to demonstrate that the NEST training program for mentors is an effective solution to support novice teachers working in disadvantaged schools, and ultimately influence national policies that enhance education systems. Overall, 450+ mentors from 39 regions are being trained across the EU through the NEST project, who are supporting 1300+ novice teachers. Project partners include Teach For All network partners in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, and Spain; Ministries of Education; educational unions; and a university that is leading the evaluation of the NEST intervention.
- A New Way For Talents in Teaching (NEWTT): This project piloted and tested alternative pathways to teacher certification in five EU Member States to inform EU-wide policy. See the final project results.
- From Innovators in Inclusive Education to Real Scale Transfer (FIERST): The objective of this project is to scale locally generated best practices for inclusive education.
- The USAID Bureau for the Middle East and the Teach For All global organization have been working in partnership since 2018 to support Teach For All network partners in the MENA region. As part of the partnership, Teach For All has been working along prospective partners to launch new network organizations, such as Teach For Morocco, which successfully transitioned to formally becoming the first network partner in North Africa in 2019. Teach For All is also providing technical assistance activities to both Teach For Morocco and Teach For Lebanon to accelerate their long-term growth and sustainability, including support to strengthen their organizational capacity and their monitoring and evaluation systems.
- USAID Latin America and the Caribbean partnership: Through the Leadership for Change in Education Program, Enseña por Colombia, Enseña Ecuador, Enseña por Paraguay, Teach For All's global organization, and USAID are partnering to improve the quality of education for children and youth in Latin America and the Caribbean. To achieve this, network partners focus on cultivating and developing collective leadership across different levels of the region’s education systems and Teach For All promotes cross-border learning and capacity strengthening of network partner organizations.
The objective of this project is to scale-up and study Teach For Pakistan’s model for recruitment, development, and management of teachers and education leaders, and gather evidence that can inform education reform in Pakistan and other similar contexts.
