Innovations That Enable Students to Thrive in the Future of Work
Designated by the General Assembly in 2014, World Youth Skills Day is an opportunity for students, educators, employers, and education system stakeholders to acknowledge and celebrate the importance of “equipping young people with skills for employment, decent work, and entrepreneurship.”
To celebrate World Youth Skills Day 2022 and kick off Teach For All's Future of Work Initiative, we brought together students, teachers, Teach For All network partner staff members, and employees from our corporate partners to answer the question What skills do young people need to thrive in the Future of Work and how should we develop them? In the video above, representatives from within and beyond our network shared Future of Work innovations that address the skills gap that must be overcome for students to thrive in the world of work and build the mindsets and connections needed to grow as future-ready leaders.
