Annika was appointed as the CEO of Noored Kooli (Teach For Estonia) in August 2021. Before joining the Noored Kooli team, she had worked and studied in various countries, including Finland, Sweden, the USA, and Denmark. Annika lived in Denmark for almost ten years, and before returning to Estonia, she was the head of research in a startup company. She has worked as a scientist and lecturer in different universities. Annika holds a PhD in linguistics from the University of Tartu, Estonia.
