Fabián Vaca Haro is the CEO of Enseña Ecuador. He has a degree in Business Administration and Marketing with a minor in Psychology from the San Francisco of Quito University, a liberal arts institution in Quito, Ecuador. During his career, he has been part of different events such as the World Entrepreneurship Forum and the Harvard Initiative for Latin American Relations. He is an alumnus of Enseña Ecuador´s pioneering first cohort, where he taught in an indigenous community in the central highlands of Ecuador. 

His passion for education was born in response to the questioning of his own formal primary and secondary education.  Prior to transitioning to lead Enseña Ecuador, he was Project Coordinator in the area of ​​Development and Strategy at San Francisco University of Quito.  His other great passions are photography, history, books and music.
