In this session, we flip the lens and imagine a world where everyone leads with their strengths—one in which every student is aware of what makes them exceptional and every teacher brings their best into the classroom by capitalizing on their strengths. In this highly interactive session, based on theories of cognitive science and leadership development, we get very practical and explore what makes each of us exceptional, and how to bring this strengths-based practice into our work and life.
